Best Western Plus Ambassador Suites, Venice Gardens

My stay in this hotel was a mix of delights and letdowns. The rooms, although spacious with a sitting area, were not serviced for two days, which was very disappointing. However, they turned out to be larger and more comfortable than expected, despite showing a bit of dated decor. The service went above and beyond to make our stay one of the most enjoyable and memorable experiences. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. When it came to location, it was absolutely great, being near every place we wanted to visit, including the Floridian Family in Venice and Sarasota. On the downside, the dining experience, while offering a great variety for breakfast, was a little overpriced. Regardless, the food was hot and good. Additionally, the facilities provided were top-notch, contributing to a pleasant stay.

It was like a home away from home with plush chairs, a couch, a large TV, and even board games and puzzles. The service was excellent, with a professional and extremely helpful staff. The location was ideal for my needs, close to restaurants, major highways, shopping, and just a short ride to the beach. The dining experience was amazing every morning with the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Overall, a great value for money!
